Inorbit Mall Vizag to be South India's Largest Mall

Vizag's Inorbit Mall, the largest upcoming shopping mall in Visakhapatnam, is scheduled to open in October 2025. It is set to become the largest Inorbit Mall outlet in South India.

The mall is currently under construction and is being developed by the K Raheja Corporation Group.

This mall will have a wide range of retail outlets and well-known international brands, food courts, restaurants and entertainment options. Here is what we know so far:

Retail Shops: The mall will include well-known brands such as Zara, H&M, Marks & Spencer, Levi's, Nike, Adidas, and Armani Exchange, along with many others.

Food Courts: Popular food chains in the mall's food court that we know so far -Starbucks Coffee Shop, KFC, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Domino's Pizza, Burger King, Subway, and Taco Bell.

Entertainment: Inorbit Mall will feature a multiplex with six screens and a gaming zone.

InOrbit Mall Vizag Project Details:

The mall is being built on a 17-acre site in Kailasapuram, near the Visakhapatnam Port Quarters and the National Highway. It will have a built-up area of 600,000 square feet spread over 17 acres.
 
The design of the mall has a central area with a large tree pavilion, a ground floor plaza, and a roof garden. This is going to a mail attraction of the mall.

  • The proposed project is for construction of Mall, Multiplex, Office, Club & Hotel Buildings which comprise of 2 Basement floors + 5 floors of Retail + 6 floors of Multi Level Car Parking (MLCP) + 3 Stilt floors + 8 floors of Office & 9 floors of Hotel over Podium. The total built up area of the proposed project is 2,11,750.00 Sq. m
The project is being built on a BOT (build, operate, and transfer) basis.

As per the project agreement, the Raheja Group will build the mall and operate it for 30 years. After 30 years of operation, the mall will be transferred to the Visakhapatnam Port Authority.

4. Lulu Mall (Proposed – Harbour Park, Beach Road)

The major Lulu Mall project has been revived, and the prime 13.74-acre land at Harbour Park on Beach Road has been re-allotted to the Lulu Group. Construction is expected to begin soon.
