Inorbit Mall Vizag to be South India's Largest Mall

Inorbit Mall is an upcoming shopping mall in Vizag that is being developed by K Raheja Corporation Group. The mall will be built on a 17-acre land parcel in Kailasapuram, near the Visakhapatnam Port Quarters. It will have a built-up area of 6 lakh square feet which is spread over an area of 17 acres.

The proposed project is for construction of Mall, Multiplex, Office, Club & Hotel Buildings which comprise of 2 Basement floors + 5 floors of Retail + 6 floors of Multi Level Car Parking (MLCP) + 3 Stilt floors + 8 floors of Office & 9 floors of Hotel over Podium. The total built up area of the proposed project is 2,11,750.00 Sq. m

The mall construction is expected to start soon and is scheduled to be completed within three years. The mall will have a wide range of retail outlets, including international brands, food courts, and entertainment options. The mall will be developed on a BOT (build, operate, and transfer) basis.

The Raheja Group will build the mall and operate it for 30 years. After that, the mall will be transferred to the Visakhapatnam Port Authority.

The Inorbit Mall in Vizag is expected to be a shopping hub for over 100 international and national brands.
