Cricket ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Winners List (2007–2026)
The ICC Men’s T20 Cricket World Cup started in 2007. The first tournament was held in South Africa. India won the inaugural title by defeating Pakistan in the final.
Since then, the tournament has been played regularly and is one of the most popular ICC events.
The 2024 T20 World Cup was co-hosted by the West Indies and the USA. The next edition will take place in February–March 2026, hosted by India and Sri Lanka.
So far, the T20 World Cup has been held 9 times. 6 different teams have won the title.
