Local authorities, including the Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region Development Authority (VMRDA) and the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC), have worked on projects such as museum improvements and road development to host international delegates.

Civilian life in Visakhapatnam has seen some changes during the events. The Visakhapatnam International Airport Authority has adjusted flight schedules between February 15 and 19, with temporary airspace closures to allow naval drills. This led to a few cancellations and rescheduled flights, affecting regular travel plans in the city.
