INORBIT Mall Vizag (Visakhapatnam) | South India’s Biggest INORBIT Mall
The City of Destiny, Vizag (Visakhapatnam), is now home to the largest Inorbit Mall in South India and the biggest shopping mall in Andhra Pradesh.
Developed by the K Raheja Corp Group, the first phase of Inorbit Mall Vizag was launched in March 2026, with the remaining phases expected to be be completed by the end of 2026. The inauguration ceremony was held on March 23, 2026, in the presence of Union Minister Sri Sarbananda Sonowal and Andhra Pradesh Cabinet Minister Nara Lokesh, who attended as the chief guests. The event included a traditional puja ceremony followed by the formal inauguration. The mall subsequently opened to the public on March 27, 2026.
Inorbit Mall Vizag introduced several renowned national and international brands to Visakhapatnam for the first time. The mall features a wide range of retail stores, fashion brands, a food court, restaurants, cafés, and entertainment facilities, making it one of the city's major shopping and leisure destinations.

InOrbit Mall Vizag Project Details
The mall is being built on a 17-acre site in Kailasapuram, near the Visakhapatnam Port Quarters and the National Highway. It will have a built-up area of 600,000 square feet spread over 17 acres.
The design of the mall includes a central area with a large tree pavilion, a ground floor plaza, and a roof garden. This is going to be a main attraction of the mall.

- The proposed project includes construction of Mall, Multiplex, Office, Club & Hotel Buildings. It comprises 2 basement floors, 5 floors of retail, 6 floors of Multi-Level Car Parking (MLCP), 3 stilt floors, 8 floors of office space, and 9 floors of hotel space over a podium. The total built-up area of the proposed project is 2,11,750 sq. m.
The project is being built on a BOT (Build, Operate, and Transfer) basis.
As per the project agreement, the Raheja Group will build the mall and operate it for 30 years. After 30 years of operation, the mall will be transferred to the Visakhapatnam Port Authority.
