The excitement surrounding Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming film Hari Hara Veera Mallu is reaching new heights, as the makers officially announced that the period action drama will hit theatres worldwide on July 24, 2025. Set in the backdrop of the 17th-century Mughal empire, the film promises to be a visual treat, packed with thrilling action, rich storytelling, and emotional depth.
Directed by Krish Jagarlamudi and presented by A.M. Rathnam, the movie has been in the making for quite some time. It was first announced in January 2020, and shooting began in September of the same year. However, several delays—including the pandemic and Pawan Kalyan’s political schedule—led to changes in production timelines. Despite the hurdles, the makers spared no expense in bringing this epic to life, with a staggering ₹250 crore budget, making it the most expensive film in the actor’s career.
Pawan Kalyan stars as the fearless outlaw Veera Mallu, whose mission to steal the legendary Koh-i-Noor diamond from the Mughal empire sets the stage for a gripping cinematic journey. Accompanying him is a star-studded cast including Bobby Deol as Emperor Aurangzeb, Nidhhi Agerwal as Panchami, and Nargis Fakhri as Roshanara. Other noted actors such as Nora Fatehi, Satyaraj, Anupam Kher, and Subbaraju play key roles in this historical epic.
The film boasts an impressive crew as well, featuring music by Academy Award-winning composer M.M. Keeravani, cinematography by Gnana Shekar V.S. and Manoj Paramahamsa, and editing by Praveen K.L. Renowned production designer Thota Tharani and costume experts Neeta Lulla and Aishwarya Rajeev have added authenticity to the film’s look and feel. Produced by A. Dayakar Rao under Mega Surya Productions, the team has left no stone unturned to ensure grandeur on every front.
